Payments & Fees

• Late payments may result in service delays, additional fees, or suspension of services.
• Admiria Health LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

• Errors or delays caused by third-party systems, providers, or payers.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Losses caused by inaccurate information provided by clients.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, materials, and resources provided by Admiria Health L.L.C remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are not permitted to copy, distribute, or misuse our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
